Christine Hsiung was born in Taipei, Taiwan, where she participated in both group class and one-on-one piano. She obtained her Associate of The Royal Conservatory (ARCT) diploma for Performers in 2003 and graduated with her Bachelor of Music in 2005 from Simon Fraser University.
